Homes of Hope is a relational Ministry Program of Love INC – Love in the Name of Christ. Its mission is to mobilize the Church to transform lives and communities in the name of Christ through transitional housing and supportive services. The Homes of Hope program offers individual/families a 3-6 month stay in transitional housing. Once in the home, residents are connected to 1) Church Care Teams offering mentoring and hands on assistance, 2) case management that continues for 12 months after the resident finds permanent housing and 3) other community resources. The Program Coordinator provides training and ongoing support to partner churches/volunteers.
Partner Churches and individuals are vital to the success of Homes of Hope in Ross County, Ohio. The Church, coming together, will provide the financial support and the volunteers to change lives one home at a time.
